Team Belichick Crosses the Boston Marathon Finish Line!

On Monday, April 18, 2016, seven athletes ran 26.2 miles from Hopkinton, MA to Boston to cross the 120th Boston Marathon finish line in support of the Bill Belichick Foundation. We want to thank and congratulations our Team Belichick runners Will DiTullio, Chris McHallam, Lisa Fox, Lizzie Paul, Rich DeCapua, Casey Craig and Bill McQuaide who trained through New England’s cold winter months while taking on huge fundraising goals to support our mission. The inaugural Team Belichick Boston Marathon Team which was a part of John Hancock’s Charity Team program raised approximately $70,000 for the BBF to support student athletes and start-up athletic organizations in need of financial assistance. Funds raised will go directly to our 2016 BBF scholarship and grant program. Student athletes and athletic organizations may apply for grants or scholarships on our website here. Again, thank you to our very first Boston Marathon team of runners for their dedication and hard work these past six months– we enjoyed cheering you all on every step of the way!
