Financial Assistance To provide assistance and scholarships to individuals, communities and organizations in need of a helping hand.

Of the numerous charitable endeavors Coach Belichick has been active in throughout his nearly 40 year career, he has spearheaded the establishment of scholarship programs in New England, Maryland and Ohio. His active support for his alma mater, Wesleyan University, was commemorated by the school with the establishment of a full, four-year scholarship named the Belichick Scholarship. Coach Belichick remains strongly connected with his childhood roots, having presented the Steve Belichick Award in conjunction with the Annapolis Touchdown Club in his hometown. The award, presented in the name and image of Coach Belichick’s father, a longtime Naval Academy assistant coach, honors an Annapolis resident who is deeply involved in sports while never seeking any personal reward. Upon his hiring as Patriots Head Coach in 2000, Coach Belichick established an annual scholarship recognizing an outstanding student athlete at Annapolis High School.
